PB&J Galette
A galette with ground peanuts in the dough, a honey frangipane base, topped with blackberries.
I’ve said it a million times, but I prefer making galettes because of how incredibly forgiving they are. I like thinking about different flavor combinations, or a specific food and how I can incorporate it into my favorite baked good. You can easily top the galette with your favorite fruit, I just was craving something with all the blackberries i had in my fridge from a separate project.
