A case for saving your leftover pie scraps

Despite the recent heat, that has not stopped me from using my oven to continue baking some of my favorite things. I love galettes because they’re easy, versatile, and very quick. Whenever I have leftover pie dough, I always save the scraps for a quick galette with leftover filling to add, too!
