Valentine's Day Rocky Road

Pink candy melts can be appetizing after all!

I was inspired by Sohla’s Holiday Rocky Road from NYT’s Cookie Week. I thought about how it would be cool to do seasonal rocky road. Easter Rocky Road coming up?! I got most of my candy from Trader Joe’s.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 1/5 cup (12 ounces) of pink candy melts

  • I got these from Amazon

• 4 Trader Joe’s Cake Bites

• 10 Trader Joe’s Mini Heart Cookies

• 15 Trader Joe’s Gummy X’s and O’s

• 15 Cinnamon Jelly Hearts

• 1/3 cup (35 grams) salted, toasted pecans

I’m including the ingredients I used, however, rocky road is super forgiving. You can use whatever you have at home and also get some of your favorite things from the store.
