Winter Pavlova

A crispy pavlova shell filled with orange marmalade, vanilla bean whipped cream, and topped with seasonal fruit.

I made a video creating this pavlova to celebrate reaching 250K followers on TikTok. I hadn’t made it before but wanted to include some seasonal fruit! The pavlova itself is just a few ingredients and incredibly easy to put together.
